Just got my smart tabs and they mounted as easily as promised, I have not taken them on the water yet but I am looking forward to seeing and feeling the difference. I also wanted to mention one problem that I encountered that may not have affected anyone else but it did increase the time and cost of finishing the job. The smart tabs on my boat mounted directly in the path of the transom tie down. The hardware for these tie downs had to be removed and new bolt kits had to be installed on the side of my trailer in order to avoid having the tie down interferring with the smart tab. This could cause a problem for someone who did not have the access to various tools as I do.
